A Real Colorado Experience

Swing by the downtown Steinbaugh Pavilion on a Friday night in summer and you’ll find eclectic street vendors and live music from local bands at the vibrant Louisville Street Faire. On Saturday, stroll through a selection of Colorado’s finest foods and produce at the Louisville Farmers Market. Come back in winter and strap on a pair of skates for a few laps on the ice. Meet friends over a bite at one of several bakeries and cafes before kitting up and rolling out on a bike ride through the rolling hills just north of town.

Where the Past Meets Your Future

Old Town’s quaint, historic Main Street is offset by the more modern, up-and-coming “New Town”. In the surrounding neighborhoods, you’ll find everything from newly built, modern homes to classic cottages dating back 100 years to the days of the miners who built the city. And although you can expect smaller lots, you can also expect higher than average property values. In enjoy looking back as much as designing your future, Louisville is a place you’ll love to live.

Louisville got its start as a coal mining town, and while it’s changed a lot, its residents have been unearthing opportunity ever since.

Make Your Difference

Boulder County is one of the most educated in the country, and Louisville is no exception. It’s no wonder that some of America’s favorite tech and outdoor brands have chosen to headquarter here, from Rogue Wave Software and Sierra Nevada Corporation to Shimano North America and Fjällräven. With new companies coming online every day, there’s more than enough opportunity to go around.

This Is How We Live West

The food in Louisville is really incredible. There are so many different types of restaurants to choose from, so I don’t have to go far to find something I like.

The first time I visited Louisville, I stumbled upon the Memory Square Pool without knowing it was there. It was beautiful and really felt like a community! I knew then I’d live here one day.

At first I was amazed at how many world class companies are headquartered here, but now that I live in Louisville, I’m not so surprised. It’s hard not to love it here.

Louisville has the charm and characteristics of a small town while offering a thriving art scene, diverse eateries, delicious breweries, great schools and fantastic amenities that you would find in larger communities.\u00a0As a 20 year resident, I can attest to the fact that it is a great, safe place to raise a family while still being able to have fun like an adult!

A Launching Pad for Experience

It’s only a hop, skip, and a 25-mile jump from Louisville to the excitement of Downtown Denver, with a flight from DIA to Anytown, USA, just a few miles further. Travel the same distance west through Boulder and up Boulder Canyon, and you’ll be in the eccentric town of Nederland. To the southwest you’ll find Golden, the “Gateway to the Wild West”, and I-70, which will take you to any of Colorado’s magical ski towns and resorts.
